The CNC machine tools servicing department consists of 22 experienced service technicians. We provide a variety of services, including installations, training, preventive maintenance inspections, specialized measurements, complex repairs and adjustments of machines and equipment, as well as overhaul repairs. With their expertise and experience, supported by background personnel, the technicians ensure that the machines are always in optimal condition, increasing productivity and reducing work downtimes. In addition to their services, the CNC machine tools servicing department in the company also ensures that the necessary spare parts are always available. The company has a wide range of spare parts in stock for various models of CNC machines and has the possibility of fast delivery of spare parts from the warehouse in Europe in case a particular part is not in stock. Annual inspection of the CNC machine tools

Annual preventive inspection includes work required according to the manufacturer's machine maintenance schedule and also includes:

  • visual inspection of the machine condition,
  • performing machine geometry measurements with a ballbar device (testing based on the circular motion of the axis),
  • measurement of clamping force of the drawbar,
  • measurement of clearances on axes,
  • Checking the condition of batteries, if necessary we perform replacement (battery replacement at an additional cost),
  • oil and related filters replacement as per the manufacturer's specifications (oil and filter replacement at an additional cost),
  • component operation check,
  • create a system backup,
  • prepare an assessment of the machine condition with recommendations based on priority levels
    • A - immediate replacement,
    • B - to be replaced within the next 3 months, and
    • C - not urgent, supplier recommendation.

Measurements and calibration of CNC machines accuracy

Dynamic machine condition analysis

By measuring vibrations with the Montronix WIFI Box NG system, we compare the machine's condition to a previous measurement in good condition and thus discover errors or predict them in advance. We analyze the operation of the drive and guide assemblies of the CNC machine. The software allows us to create comparative data visualization and consequently optimize the technological process to achieve longer tool life and increase productivity.

Ballbar test

... is accepted as the most practical, convenient, and comprehensive test for evaluating the accuracy of contour tracking on CNC machining centers. The Renishaw telescoping ballbar QC20-W enables us to quickly and easily assess the positioning performance of CNC machining tools according to recognized international standards (e.g. ISO, ASME, etc.). This way, we can quickly diagnose problems and address them as needed.

Laser measurements and calibration

The Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer provides superior measurement and calibration efficiency for drive systems. Calibration using the XL-80 laser and related optics achieves optimal positioning accuracy for linear and rotary machine axes.

With the ROTALIGN laser device, we align two coaxial rotating machine axes into an ideal line. Precise centering extends the life of machines, bearings, and clutch elements.

 

Vibration measurements and dynamic spindle balancing

We analyze mechanical vibration parameters, assess bearing condition, frequency spectrum, and rotation speed measurement on the main spindles of CNC machines using Bruel Kjaer Vibrotest 80 devices. Based on the measurements, if there is a deviation, we also perform dynamic balancing on your CNC machine.

 

Machine geometry adjustments

... are carried out using standard analog measuring instruments and also using digital leveling scales WYLER Blue Level System, which enables us to graphically analyze the machine's geometry condition with the software package.

 

Clamping force measurements

... are conducted using special Kelch measuring tools for measuring the pull force of the holders in the spindles, and ROHM devices for measuring clamping force on workpieces at heads and vises.

We perform measurements, settings, and calibrations of CNC machine tools from our sales program using the latest certified measuring equipment. After the measurements or settings are completed, we issue a report and a certificate of the measurements carried out.
