In the Sales department, due to constant growth, we offer an interesting challenge in the position of:

COMMERCIALIST for online sales (m/f)

Your work will include:

• Field work in your area (region)
• Introducing the functionality of the B2B online store
• Training on the functionality of the B2B online store
• Informing about innovations in the B2B online store search engine
• Providing technological assistance in using the B2B online store
• Communication and advice to existing customers and additional sales
• Market research and finding new business partners

Required qualifications:

• Education: economic technician or mechanical technician (minimum V level)
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Understanding of online platforms, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing tools (knowledge of e-commerce basics and modern digital sales tools)
• Excellent communication skills and building long-term customer relationships
• Independence, initiative, organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of the technological field (knowledge of metal processing techniques and handling various tools)
• Desirable foreign language skills: English
• Category B driving license
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Your work will include:

• Organizing the service process
• Creating service offers, orders
• Communication with known customers in Slovenia and abroad

Required qualifications:

• Minimum V level of education, desired VI level of education
• Technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Good knowledge of the English language - verbal, written
• Computer skills - MS Office
• Experience in technical repairs and maintenance of machining machines
• Category B driving license
• Orderliness, communicativeness, resourcefulness, precision in work, and initiative

PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT FOR SPARE PARTS AND EQUIPMENT (m/f)

Your work will include:

• Communication with customers and suppliers, seeking offers
• Ordering goods
• Organization of transport
• Import/export of goods
• Booking of sales and purchase invoices
• Harmonization of sales and purchase records
• Handling complaints
• Other tasks as instructed by the superior

Required qualifications:

• Minimum V level of education in economics/mechanical or other technical field
• Proficient knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of import-export procedures
• Strong negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of MS Office programs – advanced knowledge of Excel functions is considered a plus
• Desirable knowledge of Navision program (advantage, not a requirement)
• At least 3 years of work experience
