Their range includes different types of mobile robots, including payloads from 100 kg to more than 1000 kg, allowing flexibility for different applications.

A mobile robotic cell

mobile cell with a collaborative robot increases efficiency and flexibility in production and enables the robot to autonomously carry out the production of smaller batches, for example for additional orders. The compact and mobile design of the robot cell offers maximum flexibility in production and access to production machinery. Therefore, for this purpose, we have developed our own mobile cell with a collaborative robot in two basic versions MC100 and MC200.

The mobile cell is designed for machine tending, grinding, polishing and assembly. The cell consists of a collaboration robot, a base station, and transport or stationary warehouses. We are currently installing Hanhwa HCR collaborative robots on the cell with a load capacity of 3 kg, 5 kg or 12 kg.

For the mobile cell MC100, the logistics is designed for manual serving of hand trolley, while for the mobile cell MC200, the logistics is designed for automated serving by AMR MIR250 mobile robots.
